NEET 2024 : The registration process for NEET UG 2024 commenced on February 9, 2024. You can fill and submit the NEET 2024 application form until Extended to 16 March. Note that the official website address or URL for NEET 2024 has been updated.

The NEET 2024 examination is slated to take place on May 5, 2024. Additionally, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the information bulletin along with the NEET 2024 application form.

Who Can Register for NEET Exam and Why?

The candidate, in order to appear for the examination, should have the eligibility to do so as per the laid conditions by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

Broadly, the candidates who have passed 10+2, where Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects are eligible to apply.

Besides, the candidates should also satisfy the age requirement, viz usually, he should have completed 17 years at the time of admission or by 31st of December of the year of admission.

Candidates who meet specific eligibility criteria can register for the NEET exam to pursue undergraduate medical (MBBS) and dental (BDS) and other Medical courses in India.

NEET UG 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for appearing in NEET (UG), as per related Regulations of NMC and DCI are as follows:-

• He/she has completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or will complete that age on or
  before 31 December of the year of his/her admission to the first year of the Undergraduate
  Medical Course
• No Upper Age Limit
• Indian Citizens/ Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) intending to pursue Undergraduate Medical
  Courses in a foreign Medical/ Dental Institute also need to qualify for NEET (UG).
• Required Core Subject Physics , Chemistry , Biology/Biotechnology and English (10+2) PCB etc. follow the Qualifications and Qualifying Examination Codes
